Ajeng leads DB Schenker – Land Transport on strategic, commercial, and operational activities, focusing on developing the sustainable transport solutions coupled with the implementation of digital technology aimed to cater the challenges exist in Indonesia logistics landscape. She managed the domestic shipments within and across all islands in Indonesia with plans to develop strong network to reach the eastern part of Indonesia.

Prior to DB Schenker, Ajeng spent more than 17 years of experience in various industries such as Food Production, Consulting, Plantation, and Heavy Equipment industry. She has demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives within Corporate Transformation, Technology, and M&A. Her experience spans various solutions focusing on future-proofing business operations through automation, digitalization and the implementation of various IoT applications for customers.
